1. Do you deliver across Qatar?
Yes, we offer delivery to all locations within Qatar.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days in most areas. Same-day delivery may be available in Doha for orders placed before 10 AM.
3. How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders above QAR 150. For orders below that amount, a standard delivery fee of QAR 20 applies.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Payments
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Apple Pay.
6. Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Our website uses secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to keep your information safe.

7. Are your products authentic?
100%. We guarantee that all perfumes and cosmetics sold on My Vibe are 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors.
8. Do you offer testers or samples?
We occasionally include free samples with orders, depending on availability. Keep an eye out during promotions!
Returns & Exchanges
9. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days for unused and unopened products in original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Please contact myvibe.qa@gmail.com or contact on WhatsApp (51020251) within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
