Refund policy

At My Vibe QA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

4. Return Approval

• Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
